Constraints

1. Website must remain reachable (100% uptime).
2. Load testing must pass (performance constraint).
3. Final estimated bill must be 50% lower than the start.

Grading

Points are deducted for unused volumes, lack of tags, and expensive instance types where cheaper ones suffice.
