Arbitrary Rotations

Sometimes we need to rotate a qubit by a specific angle $θ$, not just 180 degrees. The $Rx(θ)$, $Ry(θ)$, and $Rz(θ)$ gates allow fine-grained control over the qubit's position on the Bloch sphere.
