The Bloch Sphere

How do we visualize a qubit? Since it's a vector of complex numbers, we can map it onto the surface of a unit sphere.

• North Pole: State $|0⟩$
• South Pole: State $|1⟩$
• Equator: Equal superposition states.

Every point on the sphere represents a unique qubit state.
